I am a classically trained pianist. I had two years of college teaching experience at a major university and also over 10 years of experience teaching younger kids. I also completed my Masters degree in Piano Performance. My teaching philosophy is to teach my students proper technique and posture and great musicality in order to enhance their knowledge and enjoyment in playing the piano. I am passionate, cheerful, and devoted to teaching my students and helping them achieve their best. *

Performing Experience:
I have performed in masterclasses from Manahem Pressler, Nelita True, Ann Schein, Thomas Lanners, and Jeanna Stark. I have also won the Honors Concerto Competition at Biola University in 2009; hence, performing Chopin's Piano Concerto No.2 with the Biola Symphony Orchestra. Solo recital at the Provinetown Playhouse, New York in 2012. Piano Duo Recital at Gerald R. Daniel Recital Hall, CSULB, California in 2017. Piano Solo Recital at Sheung Wan Civic Centre, Hong Kong in 2017. Judging Piano Competition at Hong Kong Space Museum Lecture Hall, Hong Kong in 2018. Piano Ensemble Recital at Hong Kong City Hall in 2019.
Experience Teaching:
I worked at New York University as an adjunct piano instructor for two years, teaching undergraduate students piano. I have worked at Clavier Music School (2) and Orchepia School of Music in California (2) as a piano instructor. Since then I have opened my own piano studio. I am now giving private piano lessons in my own studio located in Chino, CA.
