Hi! I'm Diane. I have been teaching voice lessons for 20 years both privately and in the university setting. I am an operatically trained lyric spinto soprano and have sang in concerts, recitals, and operas my entire life. I have a Bachelor's degree in voice performance from Mercyhurst University and a Masters of Music in Opera/Voice Performance from the University of Kansas. I am a former voice faculty member at Mercyhurst University and Allegheny College and resigned from both positions when I moved to Hermitage, PA. My lessons consist of warm-up exercises where you can learn vocal technique, and then we work on applying your vocal technique to repertoire. I have taught all types of singers from opera and classically trained musicians to country and rock band members. I pride myself in giving you the basic vocal techniques to apply to your singing and find your true voice--a voice that can sing any genre. Let's find your best possible voice and make beautiful music together!
