Ruslanis an award-winning violinist, guitarist, and composer, with over a decade of experience performing in established orchestras and bands. He graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2024, earning a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Writing & Production. Ruslan was admitted to Berklee on a Presidential Scholarship; the school’s most distinguished merit-based award. Throughout college, Ruslan worked as a teacher in various schools in Boston, instructing beginner to advanced students on violin and guitar, as well as music theory and harmony. His style of teaching is very individualized and supportive, with the goal of helping the student advance through exploration and encouragement. He enjoys personalizing lessons based on student interests and level, believing that a positive learning experience is the key to developing a student’s lifelong passion for music. Ruslan currently lives in Brooklyn, New York, and is available to teach guitar, violin, songwriting, or theory lessons to students of all ages and levels.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Very fun and exiting lesson explaining exactly what you want to learn and based exactly on what you already know.
Formal Education:
CMS (Central Music School) at the State Moscow Conservatory. Majoring violin performance.
Private Education:
Berklee College of Music Majoring in CWPR (Contemporary Writing & Production) Bachelor of Music
Performing Experience:
15 years of performing experience. Concerts, festivals and international competitions.
Experience Teaching:
I have 5 years experience of teaching students of all ages and levels. A lot of them were absolute beginners and some of them were performing at recitals pretty quickly after they started. My methods are very individualized, based on level and student's goals. One of my specific ways to make the process of studying more fun and enjoyable is to arrange a piece that my student plays in some different genre and perform it with them as a duo at the concert
