Hi, my name is Aubrey and I am a Soprano from Arizona. I have been a student of music for 15 years. My musical influences include Opera and I also enjoy Musical Theatre. My teaching style can best be described as student-centered, emotionally attuned, and pedagogically versatile as I guide singers toward vocal freedom and expressive authenticity. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I help my students achieve technical mastery, mental clarity, and individualized learning. In my lessons, you can expect to learn not only how to sing, but how to understand your voice, trust it, and use it with purpose. I like to tell my students to believe in their abilities, I'm just here to break down walls you didn't know existed. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing my students progress. Each week we do takeaways you can see the progress you made. My favorite performance was singing the lead in Mozart's The Magic Flute in Italy. My students love that I get just as excited as them, if not more when they discover something new. I primarily teach classical, but I can also teach musical theatre. My approach as a teacher is to help you achieve your musical goals, whether you're auditioning for a musical or want to sing better at karaoke. Thanks for taking a look at my profile.
