I began playing guitar when I was 12 years old. Throughout the years, I had informal lessons from various guitarists, which led me to becoming part of the Jazz ensemble during my high school years. The most notable guitar instruction was in 2002 when I attended Guitar Craft Seminar conducted by Robert Fripp King Crimson, David Bowie, Blondie, Peter Gabriel. The seminar led to my involvement with the Guitar Circle New England ensemble that holds various group workshops and public performances throughout New England. In 2007, I had the opportunity to audition for the Chapman Stick position for Blue Man Group, Boston. I began traveling with Blue Man Group in 2012, starting with performing as the Chapman Stick and Zither player in the show on Norwegian Cruise Line. In 2013, I joined the North American Tour for Blue Man Group, performing over 600 shows throughout the US, Mexico and South America in the span of three years. In between traveling, I run a small guitar effects pedal business, specializing in unique hand-crafted pedals and custom design called Push+Pull Pedals.
