Hello, everyone! My name is Taylor, and I’m thrilled to be your instructor. As a musician, I have a deep passion for trumpet performance, and I’ve had the privilege of studying under Dr. Kelly at A&M Commerce, where I’ve honed my skills in both performance and music education. My journey in music has taken me from the stage to the classroom, giving me a strong foundation in both artistry and teaching. Beyond performing, I have extensive experience with band leadership and conducting, including advanced training in Conducting II and score study for major works like Prelude, Siciliano & Rondo by Malcolm Arnold. My approach to teaching is rooted in a commitment to excellence, clear communication, and fostering a love of music in my students. Whether you’re mastering scales or preparing for a concert, I’m here to support you, challenge you, and help you become the best musician you can be.
