Hello, my name is Troy and I am a vocalist from Clearwater, Florida. I have been a student of music for 62 years. My musical influences include Frank Sinatra, Luciano Pavarotti, and my favorite, the great Franco Corelli. My teaching style can best be described as applicable. Many teachers explain methods but do not show how they apply! My students will not only learn the method, but also how to apply the method to their voice! In my lessons, you can expect to learn about proper breathing techniques, pronunciation, air direction, and more. My favorite thing about teaching is that I know I am giving eager students, true teachings, that will get them to where they strive to be! One of my favorite personal performances of mine was aria "Nessun dorma" by Giacomo Puccini, or duet "Tonight I Celebrate My Love" by Peabo Bryson and Roberta Flack. My students love that I have a wide musical knowledge and singing ability! I primarily teach opera, but I can also teach broadway, rock, jazz, and more!
