I began my music journey when I was around 10 years old. I learned my basic chords on my first acoustic guitar that I got from Walmart. As I progressed, I took lessons from more experienced players in my area and learned more advanced concepts. I learned performance at Mississippi Music Flowood Now Music and Arts. At the Delta Music Institute, I continued guitar lessons and performed in the school ensembles playing a wide array of styles from Blues, R&B, Rock, and Pop both contemporary and classic. During my time at Delta State, I taught guitar through Charlie Worsham's "Follow Your Heart" guitar program and Grammy Museum Mississippi's "Delta Sessions" and "Summer Fast Track Camp". I have also taught private guitar lessons as well. I currently reside in Richland, MS and have a passion for teaching and helping people achieve their goals in music.
