About Me
Hello, my name is Mary. I am a violinist-turned-guitarist from Mesa, currently going to ASU for my Bachelor's in Music Therapy. I have experience with electric, acoustic, classical, and bass guitar, and I've been playing for about 10 years. Currently, I am active in ASU's guitar studio and a local rock band. As a teacher, I want to make sure of three things: that my students get to play the songs they want, that they learn how to practice efficiently, and most of all, that playing guitar is fun! I put a lot of thought into building a good foundation so that students will eventually feel prepared go and learn things independently. Thanks for considering me as your teacher and I look forward to getting to know you!
