Nolan W.

Nolan is a guitarist, composer, conductor, and educator currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Theory and Composition at the University of Wisconsin. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Guitar Performance and Composition from the University of Indianapolis. As both a conductor and composer, Nolan is committed to creating and shaping bold, expressive music, with recent commissions spanning choral, instrumental, and interdisciplinary works. He has performed and taught internationally, including at the Guitar Art Festival in Serbia and the Borguitar Festival in Italy, where he was awarded third prize. Deeply invested in mentorship and musical growth, Nolan maintains an active private studio and leads ensembles with a focus on curiosity, rigor, and artistic connection. Fun fact: When not immersed in music, Nolan enjoys cooking with ingredients from his home garden and is currently learning Spanish as his second language.
