I’m a passionate and adaptable music teacher who believes that every student learns best when they feel seen, heard, and supported. My lessons are always personalized—I tailor each session to fit the student’s individual learning style, pace, and goals. Whether someone thrives with structure or needs a more playful, intuitive approach, I meet them exactly where they are. I make music fun, approachable, and meaningful, blending strong fundamentals with creativity and exploration. My goal is not just to teach music, but to help students build confidence, discover their voice, and fall in love with the process.

Megan has explored immense on the job experience and independent study work over the years learning the ins and outs of what works for successful musicians across the board. As a musician who has worked professionally touring, performing and collaborating with bands in a diverse number of genres (jazz, indie, cover, top 40, rock, country, and opera), Megan has had a first hand experience in the pursuit of music oriented careers in her personal journey and in the process of helping so many students get accepted to music or whatever programs my students choose at the collegiate level, to helping them spread their wings as growing and very successful musicians in LA, Nashville, Tennessee, on The Voice and even right here locally. You might have even seen my students on a stage near you already!

Performing Experience:

Meganis a versatile performing artist with over 17 years of experience in the music industry. A seasoned vocalist, guitarist, and pianist, she has toured nationally and performed across genres including jazz, rock, and Top 40. From elegant weddings and upscale events to high-energy stages, Megan brings soul, style, and professionalism to every performance. She has worked as a lead entertainer with Fullhouse Entertainment and built a strong reputation as a go-to artist for live shows, piano-vocal features, and guitar-driven sets. Her wide-ranging repertoire and engaging presence have made her a favorite for both private and public audiences. In addition to her career as a performer, Megan is a passionate mentor and music educator. Many of her students have gone on to pursue music at the collegiate level or have launched careers of their own in major music hubs like Los Angeles, Nashville, and New York City—testament to her dedication to nurturing talent and inspiring the next generation of artists.
