Hi, my name is Mateo, and I am a Drummer from Johnstown CO. I have been a student of music for 10+ years. My musical influences include everything from Stevie Wonder to Black Sabbath. My teaching style can best be described as immersive, and detailed. In my lessons, you can expect to learn all the essential components of being an experienced drummer. My favorite thing about teaching is helping others learn their favorite songs. My favorite performance was playing at the Fox Theatre Boulder. I primarily teach rock, but I can also teach a wide range of styles as I am experienced in them. My approach as a teacher is to be hands on, and not be afraid to fail at first.
