With my background in saxophone, trumpet, and percussion, I have the experiences needed for providing individualized, student-centered instruction that builds technical skill, musicality, and confidence at each student’s pace. Drawing from years of ensemble participation—including marching band, concert band, and drumline—to teach both foundational techniques and expressive performance, I have developed the skills for adapting teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and to promote a positive and encouraging environment for students of all ages and backgrounds. I am committed to helping students develop a lasting appreciation for music through thoughtful, personalized guidance.
