About Me

An Ohio native, Brenda studied vocal performance at The Ohio State University and Kent State University. She has performed on many stages in theatre, opera, and musical theatre, as well as many solo engagements. Also a cellist, Brenda enjoyed playing for many years in several orchestras in both Ohio and Texas. She served as director for “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown,” as well as “The Panic Broadcast of 1938.” She has served as music director for many shows including, “The Hunchback of Notre Dame,” “Newsies,” “Annie,” “The Secret Garden,” “Guys and Dolls, Jr.,” “The Little Mermaid, Jr.,” and “Moana, Jr.”. Brenda home-educated her five children for 22 years. She has provided private vocal lessons since 1996 and is currently accepting students.
