Hey! A little about myself? I have been playing piano my whole life. Started taking lessons when I was 4, and continued through college. Graduated college with a minor in music, and continued playing. I have been a worship leader, and the church pianist for all the churches I’ve been too. I have taught a few students in Louisiana, and I’m ready to start teaching in VA! I hope we can work together! Playing the piano is one of life’s great joys. I also have been singing all of my life. I was heavily involved in honor choirs in high school, and in college I I turned with the college church choir. I have directed and lead music programs for church, and have personally lead a church choir. Singing is one of my passions, and I would love to help someone develop their vocal instrument.

What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
I like to use the “Alfred’s Basic Piano Library” curriculum for new, young, and late beginners. I can comfortably teach someone how to read music and play pieces that they wish. We will learn piano theory as well as music theory. I can comfortably teach you how to play any song that you’d want to play in church, or the equivalent of that level of playing.

Bachelors degree in Theology with a minor in music.
