Hi, my name is Regan and I am a Mezzo at UTSA from San Antonio. I have been a student of music for 2 years and been a choir camp counselor with the university. My musical influences include Elaine Hagenburg and Jake Runested I also enjoy Pavel Chesnokov. My teaching style can best be described as fun. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I get my students interested in what they’re singing and make the experience the most engaging that I can. In my lessons, you can expect to focus on composition music UIL or TMEA or solo pieces! I like to tell my students to never compare your voice to your peers, what matters is that you have the love to sing. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing my students thrive and find love in what they are doing. My favorite performance was Earth Symphony at ACDA. My students love that I can always keep them motivated and in a positive mood. I primarily teach Mezzo, Altos, and Sopranos, but I can also have history with Tenors and Basses.
