My name is Jeff and playing bass guitar is my life. I've been playing for 10+ years and believe I know enough to teach this instrument through years of going to countless private lesson and formal music education. I cater to my students and never dissuade them from what they want to learn. Anywhere from just learning a particular song that you want to understanding music theory. I figure you're paying for my services so you can decide what you want to learn unless otherwise. I've played in many genres such as blues, reggae, jazz, metal, latin, and rock. I'm proficient in reading, theory, fretboard knowledge, slap bass, playing technique, and improvisation. I've gigged all around L.A. in my own bands and as a hired musician for shows and recordings. Teaching would help me give back what I have learnt over the years and also grow as a player by understanding my students.
