He began singing publicly in church at the age of 10 years old, and since then has traveled and sung on stages for various artists, events, weddings, funerals, and has taught and directed several choirs, ensembles, and individuals. Jamaal is a solo and background singer who has also performed opera, and 2 foreign languages. He is a music vocal performance student at Livingstone College in Salisbury NC, where he was granted a full music scholarship to further is knowledge and perfect his ability the more.
