Zach began playing instruments at the age of 12. Over the years, he has played tenor saxophone, bass guitar, and both acoustic and electric guitar. He gained performance experience in middle and high school band in the Colorado Springs area, now writes his own music. Though Zach can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are reggae and alternative/indie which had great influence on his style of playing. Zach loves music because he has always been a creator a heart, whether it be music or fine arts. Zach loves teaching music because of the joy and love I am able to share with others in teaching and playing music.
