Kenneth S.

I am a versatile composer, pianist, songwriter, and teacher. I began taking lessons at the age of 7 and have studied under such artists as Dr. Henry Jones, Dr. Richard Webb, and Dr. Willis Delony. My skills include improvisation, classical performance, and composition. My favorite composers to play are J.S. Bach, Mozart, Debussy, Schubert, Chopin, and Haydn. I look forward to helping my students achieve a nuanced appreciation for the incredible music they are learning and helping to improve their technical facility. I have taught at Baton Rouge Music Studios for six months and am comfortable working with children and adults. I hold a Bachelor's degree in music from Oberlin Conservatory and a Masters from LSU.
