I started teaching when I was 19 working at Lake of the Woods and Greenwoods Camp in Western Michigan over the summer of 2019. I then began teaching in-home lessons around the Boston area for a little over a year before moving down to Georgia. My first teaching job down here was as a substitute teacher in Barrow county. In the spring of 2021, I graduated from Berklee College of Music. The next year I began teaching lessons and running ensembles at the School of Rock in Snellville, GA, and by the Fall of 2022, was contracted to work a circus band as their touring show pianist. I did this from September 2022 to April of 2023, and involved lots of fast playing, live cues and cartoon-style improv. I even became the band director for their Louisiana Tour in the Spring of 2023, which involved live scoring and conducting skills. I moved back into teaching in April of 2023, working now as a lessons instructor and ensemble director at both the School of Rock in Snellville, GA, and the School of Rock in Johns Creek, GA. While working there, I appeared on American Idol for the 2024 season, playing "I Want You to Want Me" by Cheap Trick. I worked at School of Rock until the Fall of 2024, when I was asked to return as the First Keyboardist at the Loomis Bros. Circus, which involved working with musicians that played on Buddy Rich's band and in the orchestra for the Who. I even played a couple big arenas such as The Macon Colosseum, and The 1st Summit Arena in Johnstown, PA. I toured until June 2025, when I stepped back to pursue a different dream of Storm Chasing, which I currently do part time for the Disaster Resource Group.
