Hi, my name is Isabelle, and I am an actress/singer from Kansas City, Missouri. I have been intensively learning music since 2012 and casually been learning since 2005. I enjoy a wide range of music including pop/rock, musical theatre, and choral. I am extremely knowledgeable about music theory and sight singing. In fact, I got 4th place in the Missouri "Sight Singing Bee" in 2020. I started private vocal lessons in 2016 and since then have been studying all I can about how to best teach others. Through my almost ten years of private study, I have learned many different tools of the trade that I use on a daily basis. I believe in being a well-rounded singer, but making sure you spend the most time on the styles you enjoy. Singing should be something that warms your heart and if at any point that isn't being achieved, something needs to change. In May of 2025, I graduated from Missouri State University with a BFA in Acting for the Stage & Screen and have found success in mixing the techniques I learned there with the techniques from private vocal teachers.
