I have been teaching drums since 2010, offering private lessons to students of all levels and ages. From 2020 to 2024, I taught at a state music school in Poland, where I led weekly private lessons and coordinated a drum ensemble for a group of 10 students. My teaching style is rooted in building strong fundamentals while fostering each student’s individual creativity and musical identity. I emphasize groove, listening skills, stylistic versatility, and musical communication, always adapting my approach to meet the specific goals and personality of each student. As a performer, I’ve been active professionally since 2000, touring extensively and recording over 50 albums spanning jazz, rock, pop, funk, hip hop, and Latin music. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Jazz Performance Drums at the Frost School of Music, University of Miami, where I’m entering my second year. I’m passionate about sharing my real-world experience with students and helping them grow not just as drummers, but as complete musicians. I’ll be based in Miami for at least the next two years and am excited to contribute to the local music and education community.
