Hi, my name is Hao and I am a guitarist from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have been a student of music for six years. My musical influences include classic rock, fingerstyle guitarists, and modern acoustic artists, and I also enjoy experimenting with different genres. My teaching style can best be described as patient, structured, and encouraging. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I believe anyone can learn guitar with the right support and practice. In my lessons, you can expect to learn how to read tablature, build proper technique, and play songs you enjoy. I like to tell my students that consistent practice makes a big difference. My favorite thing about teaching is helping beginners discover the joy of playing music. My favorite performance was playing at the All-State Guitar event in front of a live audience—an amazing and inspiring experience. My students love that I keep lessons fun and easy to follow. I only teach beginning guitar, focusing on helping new players build a strong foundation. My approach as a teacher is to make learning enjoyable and stress-free.
