Hi, my name is Yoonjung, and I’m a composer and doctoral student at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University. Over the past ten years, I’ve dedicated myself to studying music, focusing especially on composition, music theory, and piano. My musical background bridges both contemporary and classical traditions, and I’m passionate about helping students build strong foundations while encouraging their unique creative voices. I primarily teach composition and theory, but I also enjoy working with pianists who want to deepen their understanding of music beyond the notes.
