Slaid has always loved music from an early age. He began playing Guitar at the age of 12 and has worked continuously to become a standout player and live performer. His musical influences include John Mayer, Buckethead, Boà. Slaid's favorite thing about music is the feeling one can have when they are lost in their craft, and his favorite thing about teaching music is seeing another be able to achieve that feeling through music. What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner -
Basics of guitar knowledge and performance. In early lessons, students will learn essential techniques including simple chord shapes, strumming patterns, and finger placement. I will make special attention to guide students through easy songs to help apply what they’ve learned in a fun and rewarding way. Expect a gradual pace tailored to individual learning speeds, with plenty of repetition and review to reinforce progress. Will walk through happily and patiently through any request or any song the student wishes to learn
