Hi, my name is Thomas and I am a percussionist from Maryland. I have been a student of music for 15 years. My musical influences include marching band, DCI bands, hip-hop, symphonies, and I also enjoy lofi-jazz. My teaching style can best be described as exciting and insightful. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I focus on comfortability. In my lessons, you can expect to learn fundamentals, rudiments, scales/progressions. I like to tell my students progress is progress no matter how small. My favorite thing about teaching is the experience of opening people to the most sacred form of art. My favorite performance was my first highschool band competition. My students love that I am patient.
