Hello, my name is Brogan : I am a 26 year old native Phoenician, entering my sixth year of teaching and have been playing drums for 10+ years. I enjoy playing and listening to a wide variety of music, from funk to marching percussion : In my lessons I focus on reading sheet music, basic fundamentals, ear training, tuning, having fun, being creative, or whatever goals a student of mine might have. My teaching style is very patient and laidback. I understand my students have lives outside of drumming and that things come up! However if I do notice a lull in progress, I’ll chat with a student and devise a game plan as to how to get back on track : Outside of drumming; I enjoy being outside, yoga, driving, and traveling : Fun fact: I can ride a unicycle.
