Cory began playing Piano at the age of 7. Over the years, he developed his skills further on trombone, guitar, bass, and drums. He gained performance experience in the South Dakota area by playing at churches, concert bands and choirs, jazz bands, and auditioned ensembles. Though Cory can teach a variety of genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Jazz, Funk, and Heavy Metal which had great influence on his style of playing. Cory loves music because it offers something for everyone and loves teaching music and watching students progress.
