Andy has always loved music from an early age. He began playing guitar at the age of 16 and continued his education by getting a Guitar Performance Degree from Ball State University. His musical influences include Rush, Jack White, and Andres Segovia. Andy's favorite thing about music is the amount of expression that can come from it and his favorite thing about teaching music is giving people the tools so that they can continue learning and teaching themselves after their lessons. One of his favorite teaching experiences was watching someone use the tools that I taught them to solve a problem on their own.
