Chelsea began performing in front of audiences at the age of six. Over the years, she developed her skills further by taking classes and auditioning. She’s even had callbacks at Broadway and Off-Broadway theatres! She gained performance experience in the theatre circuit by performing at such venues as Quad City Music Guild, Genesius Guild, Empire (the tv show), Rustin (the Netflix film) and commercials and with acts such as Colman Domingo, Phylicia Rashad and Taye Diggs. Though Chelsea can teach many genres of music, her musical personal favorites are musical theatre which had great influence on her style of singing. Chelsea loves music because it allows her to be anyone she wants and loves teaching music because she loves seeing students shine.
