About Me

Hi, my name is Rachel and I am a lyric soprano from Macungie PA. I have been studying classical performance for 8 years, since I was in high school. My musical influences include Maria Callas and I also enjoy Lisette Orapesa. My teaching style can best be described as energetic but focus on classical techniques at the center. My teaching is regimented in the ways that I learned over the years, Bel Canto approach with understanding for all classical and old school musical theater styling. In my lessons, you can expect to learn proper breathing techniques, core support, how to achieve proper tone and much more. As an opera singer by day, I hope to give lessons to those passionate about all things music and hopefully inspire with my knowledge of this art form. Thanks for taking a look at my profile.
