David is a drummer/percussionist, songwriter, and producer who began playing music in early Elementary school with The Louisville Leopard Percussionists, later taking part in their viral “Zeppelin!” video as well as playing live at Forecastle, TedX, Ozzy and Jack’s World Detour, and many more. He has since graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Commercial Percussion and Songwriting and now gigs all over the state of Tennessee. His favorite thing about teaching is giving people a safe space to have fun, make mistakes, and learn new things. He teaches and enjoys all styles of music and specializes in drums, percussion especially hand percussion, and songwriting, although he plays some other instruments as well.
