Hi, my name is Michaelangelo and I am a music instructor from Decatur, Ga. I have been a student of music for 18 years. My musical influences include David Child’s and I also enjoy all types of instrumental music. My teaching style can best be described as gathering all that the students knows and meeting them where they are. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that anything is possible.. In my lessons, you can expect to learn music theiry, good habits, breathing exercises, musician development and so much more. I like to tell my students that they bring me joy. My favorite thing about teaching is the joy my students give me as they grow as a musician. My students love that I am funny and able to create a fun environment for learning. I primarily teach 10 and up, but I can also teach 9 and under, as well as adults. My approach as a teacher is to allow the student to find joy in creating music.
