Hi there! I’m EmJay, a singer-songwriter in SLC who LOVES music and believes singing should always feel magical. ✨ I’ve spent years performing on stage and writing songs, but one of my favorite things is helping kids discover how fun and powerful their voices can be! As a teacher of 7 years, lessons are full of encouragement, laughter, and creativity like singing games, silly warm-ups, and learning songs kids love. I want every child to walk away feeling confident, proud, and excited to sing more. ???? Whether they dream of being on stage one day or just want to belt out their favorite tunes in the car, I’m here to cheer them on every step of the way.

Performing Experience:
I've been in musicals, choirs, concerts, and singing competitions since I was 12 in 2006. Over the last 2 years, I have been performing with a live band at venues such as Velour, Kilby Court, Festivals, etc.
Experience Teaching:
I’ve taught kids in fun, creative settings for 7 years-from leading camps and school programs to teaching music and voice. I love making learning playful, encouraging, and confidence-building, especially when it comes to helping little ones discover the joy of singing.
