Kate began playing piano at the age of four. She additionally began playing the harp at the age of 10. Over the years, she developed her skills further by studying music at BYU-Idaho. She gained performance experience in by playing at such venues as Carnegie Hall and with earning levels of distinction in various Competitions. Although Kate enjoys and teaches many genres of music, she loves the works of Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, and Debussy. Kate loves music as a way to express things that can't be said.
