Deepti is a lyric soprano and passionate voice teacher dedicated to helping students discover and develop their unique sound. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Music Education from the renowned Eastman School of Music and has over five years of experience teaching private voice lessons. While Deepti specializes in classical voice, she is equally comfortable teaching musical theatre and popular styles, tailoring lessons to meet each student’s goals. Her teaching is informed by extensive training in postural alignment and breath optimization, and she is a certified instructor in Hennessy Breath & Bodywork. Deepti also has several years of experience teaching early childhood music, making her well-equipped to work with singers of all ages and levels—from beginners exploring their voices for the first time to advanced students preparing for auditions and professional opportunities. Deepti’s favorite part of teaching is seeing her students’ confidence grow alongside their vocal development. She believes voice lessons are about nurturing the whole person, and she strives to create a supportive, inspiring environment where every student feels encouraged to thrive. She looks forward to meeting students where they are and helping them take their singing to the next level.
