Hi, my name is Christopher. I am a from Augusta Georgia. I have been a student of music for 6 years. Musical influences include gospel, blues, rhythm guitar and I also enjoy listening to classical guitar. My teaching style can best be described as chord-bases method. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I will have one develop a musical foundation first and teach technique with purpose. In my lessons, you can expect to learn the complete basic guitar chords. I like to tell my students every guitarist started where you are and mistakes are apart of learning. My favorite thing about teaching is feeling the rhythm before you playing the notes. My favorite performance was playing for my kids at the school in my classroom. My students love that I play soothing sounds. I primarily teach the basic chord, but I can also teach blues if someone wants to get funky.
