Hi, my name is Jon, andI am a vocal expert from Las Vegas. I have been a student of music for 40 years. My musical influences include Stevie Wonder, Journey, and so many in between. I also enjoy teaching. My teaching style can best be described as patient. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I trust the methods. In my lessons, you can expect to learn the secret professional knowledge of people like Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Steve Perry, etc., etc. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing student's excitement when they realize that they are advancing. My students love that I am always encouraging. I primarily teach Pop vocal secrets, but I can also teach simple vocal accompaniment such as with a support instrument such as a guitar or keyboard. My approach as a teacher is to let my students know that I care about them and that I care about helping them to be the best they can be. Thanks for taking a look at my profile. What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Speech level singing is the greatest technic invented for popular singers. I could go through an endless list of who's who's, but I'll just mention two who mastered the technique, and you get the idea. Stevie Wonder, and Michael Jackson. Learning process is not some long, drawn out study, but rather it is so simple, it's something that just has to click, and once it does, you will never go back to the way you were singing before because it eliminates vocal fatigue, increases vocal range and vocal readiness. The technique is physical and some students pick up on quickly, as with others, it takes a little more time. Level of experience is not a factor, it's recognizing what it feels like and locking it in. Like I stated, once you get it, you get it, and you won't need me anymore.
