Hi, my name is Matt, and I am a guitarist, bassist, and drummer from San Diego. I have been playing music for almost 10 years. I'm looking to teach any students that are passionate about music, with my specialty being in more technical genres of music such as metal, rock, jazz, and fusion. I always find ways to adapt my teaching style to best suit the wants and needs of my students. If you want rigorous instruction, or a more laid-back approach, I am flexible to either, or we can find an in-between. The most valuable thing I teach in my lessons is how you can understand yourself as a musician, and I am here to support you in whatever direction you want to go in. In my lessons, you can expect to learn technique, theory, and whatever else it will take for you to accomplish your musical goals. I look forward to teaching you! :
