Hi! My name is Elyssa and I’m a practicing music therapist in the Philadelphia area. I’m a graduate from Temple University with a bachelor’s in music therapy. I’ve always loved music and began taking classical voice lessons in high school and throughout college, as well as being marching band, theatre, choir ensembles, and a Capella groups. I have experience teaching ensembles and private lessons to children and young adults! In my studies as Temple University I became proficient in guitar and piano, per the standards of the American Music Therapy Association AMTA and the Certification Board of Music Therapists CB-MT. I have a deep love and appreciation for musical theatre and classical music, but I also love jazz and r&b. I approach my lessons with professionalism and fun!
