Hi, my name is Adrian and I am from Houston. I have been a student of music for 7 years. My musical influences include Snarky Puppy, Tesseract, and countless old rock bands and I also enjoy pop. My teaching style can best be described as facilitating. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that it's in the passion. In my lessons, you can expect to learn techniques of the preferred instrument and theory from your favorite songs and artists. I like to tell my students that it's all about having fun and passion. My favorite thing about teaching is when something clicks in the student and they truly understand their passion. My favorite performance was when I marched in DCI. I was with a group called Guardians and Blue Stars where we toured around the country performing shows. My students love that I have a fun personality and can always switch back from work to play quickly making sure we have fun but stay on task. I primarily teach Keyboard, but I can also teach Bass and Drums. My approach as a teacher is to make it as easy as possible and depending on where the students lands we'll turn the dials!
