Hi, my name is William and I am a guitarist and percussionist from Kansas City. I have been a student of music for 10 years. My musical influences include rock, metal, jazz, and classical musix and I also enjoy choral and chambwr musoc. My teaching style can best be described as flexible and persistent. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want to teach you as much as I can while still having fun along the way. In my lessons, you can expect to learn basic or intermediate technique, how to read music, elements of particular musical styles, or whatever you would like to work on. I like to tell my students that I am also a student of sorts too, and if i can do better, to please let me know. My favorite thing about teaching is being able to share my gifts and talents with others. My favorite performance I have given was performing with the all metro jazz band in 2024. I primarily teach guitar, but I can also teach percussion and bass. Thanks for taking a look at my profile. Hope to meet you soon!
