Hi, my name is Zaneth and I am a singer and composer from Ecuador. I have been a student of music ever since I was 6 years old. My musical influences include Willow, Billie Eilish, Hiatus Kaiyote, and my grandpa Trotsky, and I also enjoy Billie Holiday. My teaching style can best be described as friendly and fun. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that “No matter where you are now, you can always find yourself through music”. In my lessons, you can expect to learn from techniques, like breath support, tone, pitch control and expression. I like to tell my students that they can do ANYTHING once they overcome their biggest limitation: their mind. My favorite thing about teaching is being able to be a safe space for your music practice. My favorite performance was one time where I was able to stop thinking so much, and could just feel the music coming out of me, as if I wasn’t even controlling it, it was a very spiritual experience!
