Bill is "The South’s Stick Man of Choice" Greensboro, NC March 28,2011: Fresh Productions announced the emergence of drummer Bill to the local, regional and national music scene. With 20+ years of live, and studio performance experience, he has earned the reputation of being the drummer to call when expertise and performance proficiency are the expectations. Having studied with Tony Caselli and Tom Tehdran for over four years Bill learned his own special brand of chops early. Sighting influences that range from Peter Criss to Tommy Lee, Neil Peart, Steve Smith, Terry Bozzio, John Bonham, and Eric Singer, Bill has taken those influences and cultivated his own signature style. Since the early ‘80’s, he has earned his road warrior stripes by being tapped to play in various bands in the Chicago area to the local North Carolina region. Bands such as Temper, The Ardent Fools , The Hot Carls ,Sleepsound , Lisa Kyle , Jimmy Shockley, Down n Dirty, Dan Greene,and Lauren Light have tapped into Bill's unique talent to deliver on a dime and play in the pocket wherever and whenever needed. Bill is currently playing at Seacoast Church-Greensboro campus as well as his current band Blacktooth Grinn. Combining his live performance skills and extensive training, Bill has quickly earned a reputation for being a proficient and gifted studio musician as well as a forceful live performer. Bill recently inked a two year endorsement deal with Soultone Cymbals in California.
