Janet has always loved music from an early age. She began singing and playing piano at the age of 5 years and continued her education by majoring in music in Nashville, TN. Janet's favorite thing about music is the joy your receive from it and her favorite thing about teaching music is connection to her students. One of her favorite teaching experiences was when she taught music in Dar es Salaam, Africa for three years. When taking lessons with Janet you can expect there to be laughter and fun.
