Joseph is a skilled trumpet player, pianist, teacher, composer, and bandleader from Beaufort, South Carolina. After receiving his first trumpet in his early teens, Joseph has devoted himself to absorbing every sound around him. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Music and Jazz from Coastal Carolina University and has had the privilege of performing with world-class musicians such as John Daversa, Melissa Aldana, and Steve Houghton. Currently residing in Savannah, Georgia, Joseph is an active professional musician, regularly performing as a trumpet player and pianist in wedding ensembles, tribute bands, jazz combos, and with his own band, Earthtones. In addition to his performance career, Joseph has been teaching private lessons for five years and works with DUET KIDS in Savannah, offering piano lessons to children at the WW LAW Community Center.
