Bret began playing piano at the age of nine. Over the years, they developed their skills further by getting involved in theatre as an actor and as a keyboard player. They gained performance experience in the Northeast Ohio area by playing at such venues as The Players Guild Theatre, Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, Near West Theatre and with acts such as The Olivia Show. Though Bret can teach many different genres of music, their musical personal favorites are musical theatre and classical which had great influence on their style of playing.Bret loves music because it is a way to express yourself freely and loves teaching music because helping others express themselves is extremely rewarding.
