Curtis began playing guitar at the age of 11. Over the years, he developed his skills through many different guitar teachers, mentors, and bandmates. He gained performance experience in venues, festivals, bars, breweries, and even on the street with multiple bands and as a solo act. Though Curtis can teach many different genres of music including rock, blues, country, funk, and folk. He enjoys teaching beginners and helping experienced players expand and enhance their playing.
