Hi, my name is Russell and I am a professional musician and guitarist from Somerville NJ. I have been a student of music for 20 years. My musical influences include Blues, rock, country, pop and I also enjoy all styles of music. My teaching style can best be described as learning to play from the heart. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I incorporate music theory with feeling In my lessons, you can expect to learn songs, scales, and a new approach to songwriting. I like to tell my students that there is an unlimited amount of ideas waiting for you to explore.
